The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with HR Management to support the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. You will also have the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships, assist with maintaining a positive work environment, and ensure employee progression & engagement. 

This position is a contract-to-hire position and a long term need for my client.   This candidate must work on site and has no remote work available.

Pay: $35 - $40/hr 

Requirements 

• 3-7 years of related experience as an HR Generalist
• Degree in Human Resources is preferred
• Construction background is a plus
• PHR Certification is a plus
