We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator for a client based in Herndon, VA.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in project management or estimating for commercial curtain wall or storefront projects. Candidates with a background in designing storefronts or curtain walls who are eager to transition into a Project Manager role will also be considered.

This is a Permanent position and is required to be fully in office. 

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in commercial glass estimating or project management
• Proven experience with storefront or curtain wall systems
• Previous design experience for storefront or curtain wall systems is acceptable
• Strong Bill of Material (BOM) knowledge
• Experience working in commercial building projects
• Oversee material selections and purchases, ensuring timely delivery to keep the project on track.
• Manage day-to-day operations for one or more construction projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget completion.
