In this role, you will be working as an Customer Service Representative for a client in the manufacturing Industry.   This position will be responsible for working with customers and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.  

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Requirements

• Able to interact with dealers, customers and distributors via phone and email to help with questions or concerns
• Able to do parts research and handle warranty issues
• Work with internal departments
• Mechanical knowledge/assembly experience 
• Strong communication skills
