In this role, you will be working as a Packaging Engineer for a client that work in the food manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for design and development of packaging for custom products to ensure product quality.

This position is contact to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. 

• Bachelors Degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role 
• Experience with AutoCAD and Solidworks 
• Design and develop of packaging that meet product, customer and regulatory requirements
• Conducting material evaluations 
• Optimize packaging processes to improve efficiency 
• Experience with packaging engineering for food manufacturing is heavily preferred
