In this role as a Plumbing Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing project management and resource allocation, managing project risk, communicating with clients and providing progress updates, and managing a team.

This position is a DIRECT HIRE role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Experience in Plumbing and Project management
• Must Be able to lead and develop the plumbing and construction team, overseeing department P&L, budgeting, backlog, and field and office operations.
• Provide leadership, drive process improvements, build relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Evaluate Incoming project opportunities.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft preferred.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or business is preferred.
